LED candles safely, please read these
instructions in full before use and keep them
safe for future reference.
Safety Warnings & Advice
This product is for decorative
purposes only. This is not a
toy. Children and pets are not
to be left unsupervised around
the product.
Candles are not weatherproof
– use outdoors with care. Do
not leave candles in direct
sunlight, outside when it
is raining, or leave outside
permanently.
Do not use if the candle has
been damaged.
Keep the packaging away
from children and pets (risk of
suffocation).
Keep batteries away from
children and pets. If a battery
is swallowed, seek medical
help immediately.
Before inserting the batteries,
check that the contacts in the

candle and on the batteries
are clean. Wipe clean with a
dry cloth if necessary.
Mood Magic candles use only
1.5v alkaline AAA batteries
and the remote uses a single
lithium 3V CR2025 battery.
Do not attempt to install any
other types of battery.
Do not use rechargeable
batteries.
Always replace all the
batteries together. Do not
mix old and new batteries, or
batteries of different brands
or manufacture.
Always observe and match
the polarity marks (+ / –)
when installing new batteries.
Remove batteries from the
candle if they have run down
or if you do not intend to use
the candle for a long period.
This will prevent any damage
caused by leakage.
If a battery leaks, ensure
battery acid does not come
into contact with your skin,
eyes or mouth. In case of
contact with battery acid,

rinse the affected area
immediately with water
and contact a doctor. Take
leaking batteries out of the
product immediately. Clean
the contact points inside the
candle before re-using with a
dry cloth.
Batteries should not be
taken apart, thrown on a fire,
immersed in liquid or shortcircuited.
Dispose of batteries
responsibly and not within
regular household waste (see
Disposal for further details).

Using Mood Magic Candles
Disposal
Switch the candle On at the base to turn
on. Once On, you can control the candles
by using the remote control.
All the packaging materials are recyclable.
Please dispose of these materials by using
your local recycling scheme.

Note: You can control multiple candles
with one remote. However, you will need to
ensure that there is enough space between
each of the candles or they will all accept
the same commands from the remote.

Dispose of this product in an
environmentally friendly manner at your local
recycling centre or similar disposal facility.
It should not be thrown away with your
regular household waste.
Guarantee
Press these buttons to place the timer on
either a 4 hour setting or an 8 hour setting.
When this time runs out the candle(s) will
automatically turn off.
3. Insert 3 x AAA 1.5v alkaline batteries,
taking care to match the plus and minus
signs (+/–).

This product is unconditionally guaranteed
for one year against all defects of
workmanship and materials. This guarantee
does not affect your statutory rights. If you
have any problems or queries about this
product please contact JML customer
services.
The colour of the candle will slowly brighten
and fade as it moves through a repeating
cycle of all 12 colours.
Note: the Multi-Colour mode cannot be used
in conjunction with flickering light mode.
1. Remove the battery separator tab from
the battery compartment (first time
installation only).
2. Press the tab on the side of the battery
tray and pull out.

3. Insert a lithium 3V CR2025 battery. The
side with the plus (+) sign should face up.
Choose from 12 different colours to set the
perfect mood.
4. Slide the tray back into the remote and
click it in place.

2. Open the battery compartment on the
bottom of the candle.

The batteries must be removed before
disposing of this product and disposed of
separately. To help protect the environment,
batteries should not be thrown away with
your regular household waste. Please
dispose of the batteries using your local
recycling scheme or a similar disposal
facility.
