Explorers……
The Crystal Police Explorers is a
volunteer organization chartered through
the Boy Scouts consisting of males and
females between the ages of 15 and 20.
Explorers are given the chance to
“explore” law enforcement with plenty of
hands-on participation.

Crystal Frolics
Medical Emergencies
Traffic Accidents
Neighborhood Watch Programs
Crime Prevention
Police Explorers receive training in the
following areas:
First Aid/CPR
Firearms Safety
Traffic Control
Self Defense
Radio Communications
Ride Along with Police Officers
Criminal Law
Regular meetings are scheduled at least
twice a month. Applications are accepted
throughout the year

can spare 10-15 hours per month
live in the northwest suburbs
