Rivaroxaban Patient Leaflet
You have been given Rivaroxaban as an anticoagulant.
Your first supply of 15mg tablets has been provided for you. This will
last you three weeks. After the three weeks you will need to get a
further supply from your GP.
Please make sure you leave enough time to request your script and
allow your pharmacy to order the medication as it is not something
that they may keep in stock. It would be sensible to put the request
into your GP when you have one week of the original supply left.
Don’t forget to take your tablets with food
Please ensure you read and carry with you the information card you
will be given with your prescription.
