To Infinity and Beyond
Buzz Lightyear of Toy Story was a driving force for good. Businesses need more Buzz
Lightyears in the human capital world who can see “to infinity and beyond.” Where there is no
vision failure is imminent. Andy Fujimoto brings a rare and valuable combination as a CEO with
a human resource background. His organization has experienced amazing growth from 15 to
approximately 700 employees during his time there. Andy will share insights through his
business environment scan on how talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, and
leadership/organizational development are the lead indicators to positively impact sales, brand,
operations, financial performance, risk, and customer and public relations. Participants will:
 Identify the main business environment scan dimensions to track
 Receive tools to enhance an organization’s human capital strategy
 Receive a futuristic perspective on trends from thought leaders on such topics as a
shrinking workforce, recruiting and retention of not only star performers; but rising stars;
engagement; generational changes; an UBER society; sustainability; not wellness, but
wholeness; escalating healthcare costs; mobility; technology; etc. and other people issues.
