Report and summary to be prepared and submitted as Statement of Community Involvement with planning application. Concerns are being shown over the vehicular access to the site and issues of privacy regarding existing adjacent properties. The architect is looking at addressing design to resolve issues of privacy and the Taylor Wimpey traffic consultants are liaising with NYCC Highways in relation to promoting vehicle access via Chapel Hill. To receive information on training seminars in Planning and Development and Neighbourhood Planning from YLCA. Received and noted. No Councillor wishes to attend these seminars. To receive a request for information from the Royal Town Planning Institute – Received and noted. Boroughbridge have no examples of housing schemes in the parish to assist with the information required. A request made for the Clerk to keep a record of the number of approved new housing development applications during the year.
