Steel Away to Grand Bahama, Bahamas, Contest (the "Contest") starts on September 15, 2014
at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 3 2014 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Contest
Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to citizens or permanent legal residents of Pittsburgh, or
Allegheny County, Pa, United States 25 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of
Grand Bahama Island Tourism and partners including their Board Members, The Bahamas
Ministry of Tourism, Vacation Express, Visit Pittsburgh, and their respective parents,
subsidiaries, retailers, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies and members of their
immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, ward, daughter or son and their
respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of
such employees, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is subject to
all applicable federal, state and local laws.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period, go to www.bahamas.com/steelaway (the “Web
Site”), and follow the instructions provided at the web site to enter the Contest during the
Contest Period (three weeks – September 15th-October 3rd) in order to receive one (1) entry. All
entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on October 3rd, 2014. There are unlimited entries per
person/email address throughout the Contest Period. Entries should be in English Language only
and of 30 words or less. Any attempt at entry except as above stated is void. All entries become
the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
DRAWING: One (one) potential winner will be selected in a vote tally held on or about October
4th, 2014 from all eligible entries received throughout the Contest Period by a judging panel.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be expected to
travel on the Bahamasair flight (using Xtra airways aircraft), to Grand Bahama Island out of
Pittsburgh International Airport, Saturday October 11th for the four night/ five day vacation
package, returning to Pittsburgh, Wednesday October 15th. These dates of travel are mandatory
and cannot be changed/revised in any way.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winner will be notified on or about October 6th, 2014 by
email, or telephone, and will be sent an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release
(unless prohibited by law), which must be completed and returned within two (2) days of date of
receipt. Failure to sign and return requested documentation within date specified, Sponsor’s
inability to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or noncompliance with
these Official Rules by potential winner will result in disqualification and another potential
winner will be selected.
GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize is one (1) Vacation Package, which consists of:








Two (two) round trip tickets departing Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) to Freeport,
Grand Bahama, via a Bahamasair operated flight, on October 11th, 2014 and returning
from Freeport (MYGF) to Pittsburgh (PIT) on Wednesday October 15th
Four nights hotel accommodation for two at the Grand Lucayan Resort. October 11th15th, 2014 (Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the resort included during the stay (excluding
alcohol and Churchill’s restaurant).
Round-trip Airport/hotel transfers in a luxury sedan, October 11th (airport to hotel) and
October 15th, (hotel to airport).
Kayak Nature Tour passes for use between October 11th and 15th, 2014
UNEXSO Dolphin Encounter for use between October 11th and 15th 2014
Two (2) tickets for a Culinary Tour for use between October 11th and 15th, 2014
Two (2) tickets for entrance to The Perfume factory for use between October 11th and
15th
Two (2) tickets for a Sands Brewery Tour for use between October 11th and 15th
Prize cannot be substituted, assigned or transferred or redeemed for cash, but Sponsor reserves
the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize with one of comparable or greater value. All
expenses and incidental travel costs associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly stated
as being included in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground
transportation, luggage fees, meals, activities, tours, phone calls, incidentals, souvenirs,
passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal
charges at lodging, security fees, and all federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility solely
of winner. Actual value of trips may vary based on point of departure and package selected. Any
difference between stated value and actual value would not be awarded. Grand Prizewinner and
guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture
of such portion of prize. All dates and all components of prize package must be fulfilled and
occur on date as stated (October 11th through October 15th 2014) or prize will be forfeited and
Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Travel must be made through Sponsor’s

agent, on the carrier and with itinerary as stated by Sponsor. Travel arrangements cannot be
changed in any way once booked and confirmed. No refund or compensation will be made in the
event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Grand Prizewinner and guest must travel together
on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required international travel
documents (i.e. passport). Guests must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of
residence (and at least 18).
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official
Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this
Contest; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, and their respective parents,
affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective
officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the forgoing
(collectively, “Released Parties”) and their respective affiliates from any and all injuries,
liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property damage
resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Contest or any
Contest-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any awarded prize
(including any travel/activity related thereto). In addition, all entrants agree to the use of his/her
name, photograph, entry, Content, or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and
promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the
Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor and its designees, without compensation (unless prohibited
by law) or additional consents from entrant or any third party and without prior notice, approval
or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. Prices quoted are
valid at the time of 'publication' and can be subject to change.
CONTENT: Grand Prize winner may be photographed, videotaped and otherwise recorded by
Sponsor in connection with the prize package (collectively, with written chronicle, "Content").
Content will be owned by Sponsor who has the right to use, edit, adapt, post, stream, copy and
exploit such Content and all elements embodied therein, including any names and likenesses
embodied therein, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including internet,
throughout the world, in perpetuity, for broadcast, advertising, promotional, trade and other
purposes. By accepting the prize, Grand Prize winner agrees that their name and likeness and
those of any other individuals present may be included in the Content, in Sponsor’s sole
discretion. Grand Prize winner agrees to help Sponsor retain necessary releases (as applicable) if
requested by Sponsor to do so.
MISCELLANEOUS: Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, inaccurate,
delayed, garbled, misdirected, incomplete, undeliverable, destroyed or stolen entries; or for lost,
interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other
connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite,
telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or

misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or
difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic,
computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the
Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with
the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in
any Contest-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or
inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment
or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. Released Parties are not responsible
for injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this
Contest or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse
any aspect of the Contest or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who
are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and
all associated Entries will be void. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY
UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN
VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE
MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER
REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE
FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. Should any
portion of the Contest be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, nonauthorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt
or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, or if
Contest is unable to run as planned for any other reason, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole
discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest and, if terminated, at its discretion, select
the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to termination.
ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Contest,
entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with
this Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of
class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American
Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the entrant; (2) the Federal
Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such
arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having
jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant
hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other
damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs
associated with participating in this Contest), and entrant further waives all rights to have
damages multiplied or increased.
CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation
and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in

connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the
substantive laws of the State of Florida, USA and The Bahamas.
