Effective March 2013 First Data will be reducing the number of transactions we send to your merchants account. Please note that your rates/fees are not changing, however we will be changing how we send deposits as well as the frequency of how some fees are collected. On the effective date we will consolidate all payment cards funded by First Data into a single daily deposit to a merchants bank/credit union account. Single daily deposit will be less interchange, assessments and transaction fees for credit card processing. All other items will continue to be billed at the same frequency they are today. Come to this training to learn more about the new daily discount reconciliation. Virtual Application (VAPP) This class will be an introduction to the VAPP boarding tool. Participants will learn how to navigate through the tool, identify important components within the tool, and process an application. For existing VAPP users this training session will serve as a refresher. Card Accemptance Form (CAF) This class will be and introduction to the merchant paper application. Participants will learn how to properly complete the MPA. First Data Mobile PaySM The First Data Mobile PaySM is a wireless payment solution that enables merchants to process transactions virtually anywhere by using their existing web-enabled iPhone® or iPad® mobile digital device. In this training session participants will learn the features, benefits, boarding process and support to the First Data Mobile Pay solution. Business Track/ ClientLine Clientline.net is a reporting tool available to merchant procession with First Data. With this tool, merchants can look at a quick snapshot of their past seven days of transactions, as well as an entire 13 month history of their batches and bank deposits. With a few mouse clicks, merchants can drill down into their batch history to view transaction detail. Clientline.net also allows a merchant to research possible chargebacks and schedule reports on all of this detail, to be generated on a daily basis.
