While the valve is in the fill position, the sample is delivered to the TV6 with a
pump and the excess goes to waste. The valve then switches to the delivery
position and pushes the sample in the loop to the titration beaker with solvent.
TV6 for automatic volume sampling
The TV6 adds a whole new level to automation.
Remove the tedious and error prone process of
operators using a pipette to obtain the same
volume of liquid, sample after sample.
Test for pH or conductivity in your undiluted sample
before moving to the titration beaker with dilution.
Similar to HPLC and GC sampling valves, this simple
and proven technique offers optimal repeatability,
reproducibility and greatly reduces operator time.

Application Examples
•Use one of our many sample changers to improve efficiency in your lab by removing the step
of pipetting from your workflow.
•Automated direct measurement of pH or conductivity and then sample a specific volume and
move it to a titration beaker with solvent for titration.
•Automatically move your liquid sample through one of our density meters or refractometers for
combined physical measurement and titration of your sample.
•Reverse the flow in a process to fill and empty cells from the bottom or clean filters
in an inline process.
•Switch outlets for waste by using one pump and two reservoirs.
