Blanton Turner Recognized as Accredited Management Organization
In its Third Year of Operating, Blanton Turner Reflects on this Honor and the Evolution
of the Industry.
SEATTLE, Wash. – May 20, 2014 – Blanton Turner received its Accredited Management
Organization (AMO) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
With the accreditation, Blanton Turner joins the ranks of established real estate
management firms that have met a list of rigorous criteria.
After opening its doors in July 2011, Blanton Turner received the accreditation in the
minimum time required by showing stable operations for at least three years. Other
requirements for the AMO designation include having an executive that is a Certified
Property Manager – another professional accreditation from IREM – and meeting
specific operational, service and ethics standards. Three of Blanton Turner’s
Principals – Barry Blanton, Heidi Turner, and Chasten Fulbright – have served as
President of the local chapter for the Institute of Real Estate Management.

personality to how we do business, and it confirms the success we have had in our
first years of operation.”
Blanton Turner was founded with a vision for changing the face of real estate

flourished in the recent real estate construction boom.

With specializations in multi-family, student housing, and commercial real estate
management, Blanton Turner will continue to grow in the Puget Sound region with
projects in the works with several local developers. Blanton Turner currently has 27
properties under management.
