Big change to TEAM photos this year!
May 15th through to May 20th
If your team trains at GMO or Breen Park, your team photo will be taken midweek during your
allocated training time (or just before/after).
If your team trains at WWHS or Greenhills we will schedule a Saturday time for you. Alternatively
we can make a time during the week if your team prefers, contact us if need be.
PHOTOS WILL TAKE PLACE INDOORS – @ GMO Cricket Club House and will go ahead
regardless of the weather conditions
Please issue a Parent Information Form to each child in your team
Ask parents to complete and return to you with their payment prior to photo day. And
remind parents kids need to wear /or bring their LPFC uniform to training
MANAGERS: Please write all players’ names on the “TEAM SUMMARY” sheet provided, along
with the pack they have ordered. This is very important as it is our way of checking all players
have been photographed, printed & collated correctly.
On photo day we will provide coaches/managers with a paper photo proof of the group photo. You
will be required to email Diamond Photography with the Team Players/Coach and Managers
names in the order that they appeared in the photo. We will provide you with more information on
this at the time the group photo is taken.
