Multiple-entry tourist visas for the period of 6 months to 2 years with maximum duration
of stay 90 days,
could be issued to applicants who:
- have had at least two Schengen visas, properly used, without violating the law, according
to the objectives set out in the application for a visa.
- did not violate the rules of entry and stay in the territory of the Member States of the
European Union;
- submit documents confirming permanent and legal source of income, either would be upto-date, official bank account or bank statement from the ATM, confirming the availability of
funds in the bank account.
- submit payment receipts for the accommodation in Poland, for 3 days in total during the
previous travels (for example it can be: a hotel receipt in case of self-guided tour; receipt
from the Polish travel agency; receipt from the Russian travel agency) . The accommodation
and receipts should be in the period of validity of the previous visas. Confirmation of
payment may be submitted as bank confirmation of the funds transfer to the Polish legal
entity for the travel service, or as a confirmation from the hotel with all requisite details and
seals.
- If you submit the E-voucher then no other additional confirmation is needed.
- Multiple-entry visas can be issued on the basis of documents confirming the reservation of
and payment for hotel services (minimum 50%) for a stay of at least 3 days. In case of trip
will include several Schengen Member States accommodation in other countries should be
prepaid in full (100%).

“Proof of participation in tourist trip, youth camp or sports competitions, must contain the
full name, domicile and address of the foreigner, in the case of individual travel, or the
number of people travelling, and especially: titling information, name and address, details
of the tour operator and the retailer of tourist services; period and place of residence on the
territory of Poland; detailed description of tourist services, and for tourist excursions - its
exact route; confirmation of payment of the costs of tourist services, listing the cost of
accommodation and meals, as well as the prices of these services ").
Companies and individual applicants may submit the following documents confirming the
reservation and payment: e-voucher, document sent by fax, e-mail, original (reservation
submits in the application). If the documents are sent via e-mail, the letter should be printed
out with the data of sender and addressee.
