On Saturday, October 8, The Big Fresno Fair will welcome back comedian Gabriel Iglesias to the
Paul Paul Theater. Better known as, “Fluffy,” this well-known entertainer has performed three sold-out
shows at The Big Fresno Fair in the past three years and is sure to keep audiences laughing until the
very end at this year’s Fair!
Gabriel Iglesias jump started his career in 2000 when starring on the Nickelodeon television show All
That. He immediately saw his future success in comedy and television. Iglesias went on to appear on
the 2007 hit series Family Guy, as well as on the Disney television series The Emperor’s New School.
Attracting viewers from a wide array of genres, Gabriel Iglesias quickly gained a fan following when
participating as a contestant on the 4th season of the Last Comic Standing in 2006. Starting his stand-up
comedy career on the show, Gabriel Iglesias then went on to work with Comedy Central in 2009 as
they released the DVD of his highly-acclaimed stand-up routine Gabriel Iglesias: I’m Not Fat…I’m
Fluffy and then later Hot & Fluffy. Well-known for the signature line “I’m not fat…I’m fluffy,”
audiences across the nation have come to know him simply as “Fluffy.”
Gabriel Iglesias continues to perform his stand-up special, Aloha Fluffy Part 1 and 2 and Gabriel
Iglesias Presents Stand Up Revolution, while taking on new acting roles in the 2012 and 2015 hit
movies Magic Mike and Magic Mike XXL and 2013 Walt Disney Productions movie Planes. He is
currently featured in the reality show "Fluffy Breaks Even" which is currently shown on Fuse TV.
Gabriel Iglesias is able to bring to life his hilarious experiences through storytelling and parodies,
delivering them with an electrifying performance. With a career that seems to be skyrocketing with no
intention of slowing down anytime soon, this is one show you won’t want to miss.
