* Water features will not be on during these times. The slide will not be on during any Aqua Play time.
**This FAMILY swim is provided free of charge thanks to a generous donation by Bauman Chiropractic and
John and Debra Bauman and family. Please review the FAMILY SWIM guidelines.
Public Swims: Wrist-bands for public swims will be handed out at the front desk one hour prior to each
swim. The only exception will be on Sundays, when we will hand out wrist-bands for the 12pm swim at 12pm
When the pool reaches capacity (120), we will have a waitlist for the next 50 people.
Special schedule days: We will be on holiday schedule: Monday, January 16th and Monday, February
20th. Holiday Schedule, all public swims: 10am-12pm, 12:15-2:15, 2:45-4:30pm and 4:45-6:30pm.
The center will be closed Sunday, April 16th.

SWIM DESCRIPTIONS
Aquatic Exercise Class Descriptions
Other Swim Descriptions
Classes are rated according to difficulty, from easy *
to difficult ****. Equipment is provided for all classes.
Individual Exercise: Exercising on your own in
areas not being used by classes. 13 years and
older.
*Aqua Yoga (stretch): This stress-reducing gentle
exercise class increases flexibility and balance.
*Gentle Moves: Improve range of motion and joint
health as you move through the soothing medium of
the warm water. Improve muscle tone, flexibility and
balance.
*Aqua Pilates (strength): Use the medium of the
water to gently improve alignment, posture and
balance. This class uses equipment with slow rhythmic
motion for total body strengthening and is suitable
for all levels of fitness.
**Silver Splash®: Activate your aqua exercise urge for
variety! This class offers shallow water moves to improve
agility, flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular
endurance. Buoyancy equipment will be used. No
swimming ability required.
**Aqua Trim: This low-impact conditioning class
focuses on improving flexibility, agility and muscular
endurance.
***Aqua Early Riser: Jump start your body! Wake
up your muscles in this strength and aerobic
conditioning class. Experience a more positive and
energetic day.
***Aqua Fusion: Instructor’s choice. This class uses a
variety of style to enhance your strength training
and cardio fitness.
***Aqua Zumba®: Splashing, stretching, twisting,
shouting and hollering blended all together into a
safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio
-conditioning, body toning and exhilarating!
Lap Swim: Swimming continuous laps. Lap lanes are
15 yards long and swimmers may need to share a
lane. Kickboards and pull-buoys are available. 13
years and older.
Family Swim: Adults and families only. Children 15
and under must be accompanied in the water by a
parent.
Public Swim: Open to all ages. Children 6 and
under must be accompanied in the water and be
within arm’s reach of a parent at all times. You must
be 48” tall to use the slide without a parent.
Aqua Play: Parents can bring their pre-school aged
children for non-instructed play time. Swim diapers
and plastic pants are required for all children 3 and
under and non-toilet trained children four and older.
Both are sold at our front counter.
Swim Lessons: During swim lessons on Tuesday and
Thursdays evenings and Sundays, the pool is closed
to the public. You must pre-resister for all swim

the front desk.
Help Us Maintain Top-Quality Pool Water
Do not swim if you have had intestinal illness,
stomach ache, or diarrhea in the past 14 days.
Children 3 and under must wear swim diaper and
plastic pants (Please Note: Swim diapers and plastic
pants are available for purchase at the front desk).
As a courtesy to other patrons and to reduce water
quality issues, a soap shower is required before
swimming and refrain from wearing body lotions,
fragrances, hair spray/gels and makeup into pools.
****Aqua Power: This high-energy, shallow water
class improves aerobic conditioning and total body
fitness.
****Power Express: Jump start your conditioning
program with this high energy class. Get a leaner,
stronger, more defined body!
Children 6 and under or wearing a lifejacket must be within arms reach of an adult at all times.
Swim diapers and plastic pants are required for all children 3 and under and non-toilet trained children four and
older. Both are sold at our front counter. Swim Diapers $2.00 each, 2-pack reusable plastic pants $5.00
Please ensure you keep your valuables safe by using the lockers.
Bring your own lock or purchase one at the front counter for $5.00!
