Freezer Meal Workshop Instructions
Recipe
At the Workshop:
Assembly
Sweet Maple
Pork
Tenderloin
Rub all sides of pork tenderloin with:
Skillet Chicken
Parmesan
Add to a fresh 1 quart freezer bag:
-
1 packet Brown Sugar & Maple Seasoning
Put in gallon freezer bag. Seal well. Label and freeze.

1 cup plain panko bread crumbs
½ cup all purpose flour
½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
Add to a fresh 1 quart freezer bag:
-
1 (15 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
2 TBSP Mama Mia Marinara Sauce Mix
Place chicken bag, bread crumbs bag, tomato bag and bag of 1 ½ cups
mozzarella cheese into a fresh 1 gallon freezer bag. Seal well. Label and freeze.
Easy Lasagna
Cups
Add to a fresh 1 quart freezer bag:
-
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 TBSP Mama Mia Marinara Sauce Mix
Place ground turkey bag and sauce bag into a fresh gallon freezer bag. Seal well.
Label and freeze.
Tangy Thai
Shrimp Stir-Fry
Add to freezer bag with shrimp:

1 TBSP olive oil
1 ¾ TBSP Onion Onion Seasoning
Add to a fresh 1 quart freezer bag:
-
2 TBSP olive oil
1/3 cup orange juice
2 TBSP cornstarch
½ cup Tangy Thai Sauce
Place shrimp bag, sauce bag and frozen vegetables into a fresh gallon freezer bag.
Seal well. Label and freeze.

Chicken
Burgers
At the Workshop:
Assembly
Add to freezer bag with ground chicken or turkey:
-
½ cup plain panko bread crumbs
2-3 TBSP Mama Mia Marinara Sauce Mix
2 TBSP Veggie Vinaigrette
Mix well in bag to combine. Form into 6 patties in Press N Seal.
Label a FRESH 1 gallon bag. Place wrapped burgers in gallon bag. Seal well. Label
and freeze.
Maple
Marinated
Steak
Add to freezer bag with steak:
-
¼ cup olive oil
1 ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 ½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ TBSP Onion Onion Seasoning
1 packet Brown Sugar & Maple Bacon Seasoning
1/3 cup Veggie Vinaigrette
Seal well. Label and freeze.
Sweet Thai
Lettuce Wraps
Add to freezer bag with cubed chicken:

1 TBSP olive oil
1 ½ TBSP Onion Onion Seasoning
Add to a fresh 1 quart freezer bag:
-
1/3 cup Tangy Thai Sauce
1/4 cup Mango Lime Sauce
Place chicken bag and sauce bag into a fresh gallon freezer bag. Seal well. Label
and freeze.

Simple Burgers
At the Workshop:
Assembly
Add to freezer bag with lean ground beef:
-
¼ cup plain panko bread crumbs
½ cup Veggie Vinaigrette
1 ½ TBSP Onion Onion Seasoning
½ teaspoon Seasoned Salt
Mix well in bag to combine. Form into 6 patties in Press N Seal.
Label a FRESH 1 gallon bag. Place wrapped burgers in gallon bag. Seal well. Label
and freeze.
Pork
Saltimbocca
In a bowl combine:
-
¼ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon Seasoned Salt
Coat both sides of pork chops in flour mixture. Wrap each chop in Press N Seal.
Place wrapped pork chops, 1 UNOPENED packet of Artichoke & Spinach Warm Dip
Mix, put bag of 6 slices deli ham, and bag of 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese into a
fresh gallon freezer bag. Seal well. Label and freeze.
Pizza Stromboli
Spray a 17 x 11-inch piece of heavy duty aluminum foil with non-stick cooking spray.
Press refrigerated pizza crust dough into a 15x10-inch rectangle.
In a mixing bowl combine:

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 ½ TBSP Mama Mia Marinara Sauce Mix
Spread sauce mixture on crust to within 2 inches of edges.
Top one half of crust lengthwise with:
-
3 oz. pepperoni slices
6 oz. Canadian bacon slices
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained (optional)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Fold long side of crust over filling; roll and press edges to seal.
Wrap Stromboli in 2-3 pieces of aluminum foil. Label and freeze.
