COTA Summer Youth Passes Go On Sale May 15
Central Ohio Youth Receive Transit Access All Summer for Only $62
COLUMBUS, OH—This summer, the Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) is pleased to offer unlimited rides
to local youth for only $62 through the Summer Youth Pass program – a savings of more than $120! Passes
go on sale Mon., May 15.
The COTA Summer Youth Pass allows unlimited rides for youth 17 years old or younger on all COTA lines
(excluding Mainstream service) from June 1 through August 31, 2017.
There are two easy ways to purchase a Summer Youth Pass. The first is to bring proof of age (driver’s license;
state ID; or birth certificate WITH photo ID) to COTA Pass Sales located at 33 N. High St., Columbus, OH
43215, Monday-Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. starting Mon., May 15.
The second way to purchase a Summer Youth Pass is to mail a written request along with proof of age (copy
of: driver’s license; state ID; or birth certificate WITH photo ID), and include a check made out to COTA for $62
and mail to COTA Pass Sales, 33 N. High St., Columbus, OH 43215.
Only one pass will be issued per person. There is a $0.75 upcharge for each ride on Rush Hour lines.
