If swallowed:
Call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice. Have
person sip a glass of water if able to swallow. Do not induce vomiting unless told
to do so by a poison control center or doctor. Do not give anything by mouth to an
unconscious person.
If on skin or clothing:
Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes.
Take off contaminated clothing.
Call poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.
If in eyes:
Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes.
Remove contact lenses, if present, after first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye.
Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.

FIRST AID:
1. With dry hands remove cover from the adhesive coating side first.
2. Place sticker in desired location.
3. Once sticker is adhered, remove the paper cover to expose the attractive coating.
4. Wash hands thoroughly after applying stickers.
Do not wipe stickers after application. Prior to cleaning glass, use pull tab which does not
contain chemicals to remove sticker.

Note to Physician: No specific antidote is available. Treat patient symptomatically.

in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Read
entire label before using this product.
Use Information: Ortho® Home Defense® Fly
Bait Decal for Windows kills the following filth
flies: house flies, little house flies, blow flies,
bottle flies, flesh flies, phorid flies, fungus gnats,
and vinegar (fruit) flies that land on the sticker
surface and ingest the sticker coating. No fumes
or vapors are released. The coating on each
sticker is attractive to flies. Flies ingest the
coating and start to die within one minute. The
dead flies do not stick to the surface. Remove
dead flies with a brush or broom and dispose of
in trash, or by vacuuming.
Place stickers on windows or other places flies
congregate out of reach of children and pets.
Stickers can also be placed in kitchens, pantries
and food storage areas.
The number of stickers to use is based on the size
of the area where flies are found–one sticker
per 1000 cubic feet is recommended. In rooms
with high infestations, or for quicker results,
place a sticker in each window. For maximum
effectiveness, replace stickers applied indoors
after 7 months or outdoors after 4 months.
Replace stickers sooner when contaminated by
dust, dirt, filth, etc. Keep stickers dry after
application.
• Do not use on sky lights.
• Do not use in and around commercial barns,
stables, and paddocks.
• Do not use in grazing areas, feed lots,
poultry houses, or other similar areas used
for housing, boarding, and/or rearing
animals. This product may be used around
barns and stables on residential property.
• Do not allow children to handle stickers or
let pets come in contact with them.
• Do not place stickers directly above areas
where food is stored or prepared.
