Subject: Appointment of Shri M. Radha Krishna, IPS(MP:85) as Chief Vigilance Officer
(CVO) in Central Public Works Department(CPWD), New Delhi.
Reference: Ministry of Urban Development's O.M. No. 19014/1/2012-EW-I dated 18"
February, 2014 on the subject mentioned above.
2. The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet ha3 approved the appointment of Shri M. Radha
Krishna, IPS(MP:85) as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) in Central Public Works
Department(CPWD), New Delhi under the Ministry of Urban Development. The officer will have
the option to draw his pay in the pay scale of Joint Secretary to the Government of India plus
deputation allowance, if admissible, or pay of the post.

On his appointment as CVO, CPWD, New Delhi, Shri M. Radha Krishna, IPS(MP:85) will

be entitled for an initial deputation tenure of 3 years which is extendable for a further period upto
28.02.2019 i.e. the date of his superannuation in the same CPSE or on transfer to another CPSE on
completion of initial tenure of 3 years i.7 the previous CPSE with the prior clearance of CVC.
The appointment of Shri M. Radha Krishna, IPS(MP:85) to the aforesaid post shall be

effective from the date he assumes the charge of the post, or until further order, whichever is earlier.
