Research for the Korean Maritime Institute – Seoul, on the Arctic,
marine resource policy toward Africa, aid programs for developing
countries and an analysis of the South America fisheries and
aquaculture (Atlantic and Pacific coasts). Sponsorship through UW –
Korea Cooperative Agreement in force between 2009 to the 2015.
Research in Guinea-Bissau for USAID-TIPS Project (US$ 17 mln),
the World Bank and other international donor organizations (1984 –
1998). Maritime sector analysis in Guinea-Conakry and Mauritania
