The rates are non-commissionable and non-refundable, any cancellation and amendment
will be charged 100% cancellation fee.

Buffet breakfast and benefits are applicable for 2 (two) persons when guests are staying at
Pool Villa, and 4 (four) persons when guests staying at Sanctuary Villa.
