Sunny Meadows Instructions: 1) Click the link and play the game simulation Sunny Meadows. 2) While you are playing the simulation please pay attention to the comments that are being made at the bottom of the monitor. 3) Keep playing the game until you can reach a final score of 70 or higher. 4) After playing and scoring above 70 points with the Sunny Meadows game, complete the following questions: Questions to complete: 1) Competition for resources in an area is usually more intense within a single species than between two different species. Suggest an explanation for this observation. (4-5 sentences) 2) Write a few sentences describing what you learned about managing a food chain with the different species as the simulation progressed and you started getting better scores. a. What is happening? Explain the relation you see in the population #’s of each of the organisms as time progressed? 5) Go back and play the game simulation again, before you do, tell what you could do to better manage the populations and get a better score. Did it work? If not write something else and keep making the changes until you achieve your highest score.
