Spring Recital 2011
ALL DANCERS AGES 10+: Hair is required to be parted on the left in a low messy bun, no
bangs or whispies. (Adult classes are the only exception to this requirement)
Ian Chubb:
Thursday Break Dance 4-5 pm:
Gray sweat pants with colored shirt - Autumn will wear solid purple shirt with matching beanie and Miguel will wear a
solid turquoise shirt with matching beanie with black high top tennis shoes.
Coreen Frawley:
Wednesday Tap Funk 5:00 pm:
The costumes for the ladies consist of a long sleeve undershirt, a spaghetti strap tank top, a sequin corset and sequin
gloves. They are to have black leggings and black tap shoes. Harrison will need dark pants (jean or jazz), a brightly
colored shirt and black tap shoes.
Wednesday Ballet 6:00 pm:
Their costume is a pink and full skirt tutu. They are all going to need to wear pink tights that cover the feet, pink and
ballet shoes.
Thursday Ballet 6:00:
Each student has their own unique costume. All of the ladies need to have pink tights that cover their feet and pink
ballet shoes. Harrison has a white shirt and he will need black jazz pants and black ballet shoes.

Tuesday Beg Break Dance 4:00 pm:
Black shorts with red shirt or plaid button ups with buttons undone. You can have any accessories that are black, white,
or red. Wear the blackest and whitest shoes you have.
Tuesday Intermediate Break 5:00 pm:
Wear the shorts and shirts that were purchased for you. You can wear any accessories that you want that are the colors
of your shirts and shorts. Wear the blackest and whitest shoes you have.
Tuesday Intermediate Contemporary 6-7 pm:
Wear the costumes you have and your accessories that are your colors. All dancers should be bare foot or you can wear
nude foot paws.
Tuesday Advanced Break 7-8 pm:
Wear your black sweats and the two shirts provided. Amanda you have your tank and shirt to cut. You can have any
accessories that are black, white, or teal. Wear the blackest and whitest shoes you have.

Monday Musical Theater 3:45-4:30 pm:
Girls should have silver/white glitter dress. Tan tights or skin toned tights. Tan character shoes. Make up should have
bright red lipstick.
Monday Pointe 4:30-5:30 pm:
White tutus. White or pale ballet tights--NOT PINK. Pointe shoe's trimmed and ready for show. Head pieces (which Jen is
making) and will bring to the show so no one forgets them.
Tuesday Modern 4-5 pm:
Purple dresses (Frida- white dress). No tights. Bare feet or nude colored foot undies.
Tuesday Musical Theater 7-8 pm:
Burlesque costume. Tan tights or any tights that are nude color. For example fish nets etc. Tan character shoes. WE ARE
NOT WEARING THE PINK FEATHER HAIR PEICE! Add your own BLACK accessories. For example, gloves, jewelry, fun stuff.
Tuesday Adult Hip Hop 8-9 pm:
Blue and Black leotard. Blue Jacket and Black Fedora hat. Hair is twisted up in hat in beginning of dance but don’t pin
it....so hair is down when you take your hat off. Black sheer tights. Black character shoes.
Wednesday Advanced Jazz 6-7 pm:
Red glitter dress. NO tights but if you want wear nude color tights. Bare feet or nude foot undies. Nude jazz shoes are
fine as well.
Wednesday Advanced Jazz 7-8pm:
Burgandy dress. NO tights but if you want wear nude color tights;. Bare feet or nude foot undies. Nude jazz shoes are
fine as well.
Thursday Musical Theater 5-6 pm:
Black/Red Dress w/ one long sleeve. Nude tights and nude character shoes. Bright red lipstick.
Thursday Stomp 6-7 pm:
Basketball shorts, Nike T-shirt (cut down the sides), girls wear sports bras, black converse tennis shoes.
Thursday Modern 7-8 pm:
Girls are wearing silver gray Kelle dresses. No tights or if you want to wear nude colored tights. Bare feet or nude foot
undies are ok. Boys: TBA
Thursday Adult Pointe 8-9 pm:
Purple tutus. Ballet tights with seam up the leg. Pointe shoes trimmed and ready for show.

Monday Advanced Jazz 4-5 pm:
Dress with neck piece & armband. Black jazz shoes.
Monday Advanced Lyrical 5-615 pm:
Green & brown lyrical dress & barefoot or foot undies.
Monday Advanced Hip-hop 6:15-7:15 pm:
Hillbilly costumes. Cowboy hats & belts are optional. Black high top converse.
Monday Advanced Hip-hop 715-815 pm:
Sweatsuit. Hood needs to be pinned up, masks secured in place. Poi gloves. Black high top converse.
Tuesday Advanced Contemporary 5-6 pm:
Ladies: Black unitard & tutu (if I give you one) NO BRA STRAPS!!!!! Red lace accessories. Barefoot or foot undies.
Gentleman: Red button up. Black tie. Black basketball shorts. Barefoot. Demon mask.
Tuesday Hip-hop 6-7 pm:
Black project love tank top over a bright colored sports bra or bright colored tank top. purple project love sweatpants.
High top black converse. Silver accessories, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, flowers in your hair etc.
Thursday Hip-hop 5-6 pm:
Girls: Bright cropped shirts & bright tutus. tall rainbow socks. & hairpieces
pinned in haird. High top converse. Guys: Bright colored t-shirts & turquoise skinny jeans. Black high top converse.
Thursday Hip-hop 8:15-9:15 pm:
Silver halter tops, red tutus. Black spankies. Don’t forget your tights & rainbow suspenders!! Black high top converse.

Ballet: Blue ballet costume with pink tights and pink leather ballets hair with a left side part, all whispies and bangs
slicked back and hair pulled to a low curled side pony by right ear lobe and head piece tucked by it, if bobbed left side
part bangs slicked back and curled under. Tap: Red tap costume, no tights, black tap shoes with boot covers, hair the
same with hat secured and tilited to the right.
Monday Hip Hop 6:15 pm:
Girls: Orange costume, black socks, hair with left side part and low pony by right earlobe, or two low pigtails or curled
under with left side part and bangs back if bobbed and black high tops. Boys: Black B- ball shorts, orange polo with shirt
over it and hair spiked.
Monday Teen Ensemble 8:15 pm:

Tuesday 10:30 am and Wednesday 1:00 pm BTJ:
Ballet: Yellow ballet costume with pink tights and pink leather ballets, hair with sides pulled back at crown (half up and
half down) and curled with head piece by closure. Tap: Bubble tap costume, no tights, plain undies, white ruffle bobby
socks and black tap shoes, stickers removed (sorry)! Hair the same.
Tuesday Hip-hop 4:00 pm:
Girls: Costume with gloves layered black over color, tube socks and black high tops. Hair with left side part and low pony
by right earlobe, or two low pigtails or curled under with left side part and bangs back if bobbed. Boys: Baggy jeans with
t - shirt layered with over shirt. Hair spiked, and black high tops.
Wednesday Mini Ensemble Jazz 4:00 pm:
Black tutu, black spankies, bright camisole, mesh glove on right hand. See hair for Tues. 10:30. Competition pieces same.
Wednesday BTJ 5:00 pm:
Ballet: Pink ballet costume with pink tights and pink leather ballets. Hair with a left side part, all whispies and bangs
slicked back and hair pulled to a low curled side pony by right ear lobe and head piece tucked by it, if bobbed left side
part bangs slicked back and curled under. Tap: - Tap costume, no tights, white ruffle bobby socks, black tap shoes, no
stickers (sorry!) hair the same with red headband.

Thurs BTJ 6:00 pm:
Ballet Girls: Ballet costume with pink tights and pink leather ballets. Hair same as Tues. 10:30. We will add pink circle
cheeks and bow lips. Boys: black skinny jeans, plaid shirt, apron, tool box, side burns, hair spiked, black leather ballets.
Tap Girls: Petticoat, leotard, black spankies, socks, and black tap shoes. Hair the same. Boys: Black skinny jeans, button
down layered over polo with black tie and black tap shoes. Hair the same.
Michael Lasris:
Monday 5:30-7 Adv. Ballet
Leotard, pink tights, choker, and pink ballet shoes. Wear the rhinestone bun cover in hair. Black bathrobe overtop of
leotard—velcro piece sewn in to keep it closed at chest and bottom of robe.
Monday 8-9:30 Adult JLB Combo
Black fishnets underneath the black outfit. If you wish to wear tan tights underneath the fishnets, that’s fine. Black heels
or jazz shoes (preferably heels). Hair down, but still pinned out of your face. Big stud earrings are fine. Nothing Dangly.
Tuesday 6-7 Int. Ballet
Base costume piece and blue petticoat. Hat pinned onto head. Pink tights and pink ballet shoes.
Wednesday 4-5 Broadway Tap
Harrison: White shirt, black pants, sequined vest, and pink tie. Pink-magenta feathers somewhere on your costume…
your call as to how you want to secure them. Black taps.
Girls: Tight black camisole and spanks underneath the feathered top and skirt. Rip holes in the fishnets so the holes are
scattered and uneven (not too many holes, 4-5 at most). Any spare feathers can go in your hair at your discretion.

Tuesday Hip-hop 5-6 pm:
Jeggings, white off-the-shoulder top, any colored cami underneath, black converse tennis shoes.
Tuesday Jazz 7-8 pm:
White and black costume, black spandex shorts, black fishnet tights (large holes—available at Hot Topic), black jazz
shoes.
Tuesday University Hip-hop 8-9 pm:
Acid wash jeggings, black long sleeved top, silver bandeau top underneath, and black sequined converse. (Also, the
group has decided to purchase flashlights. Lisa will pick them out and put them on hold at a local store. Lisa will
purchase the cellophane pieces.) Hair: Most likely down. We’ll talk about this in class.
Wednesday Lyrical 4-5 pm:
Lyrical costume (Coral- Aysia and Kayleigh, Blue- Ashlynn and Lizzy, Purple- Megan and Autumn)and nude lyrical shoes
(foot undeeze, dance paws, etc.)
Wednesday Jazz 5-6 pm:
“Heart” costume and matching socks (Blue- Megan and Kate, Green- Allie, Ashlynn, and Chloe, Pink- Aysia and Delaney,
Purple- Lizzy and Malia) and black jazz shoes.
Wednesday Lyrical 6-7 pm:
Burgundy lyrical costume with nude lyrical shoes (foot undeeze, dance paws, etc.)
Wednesday Lyrical 7-8 pm:
Black costume with nude lyrical shoes (foot undeeze, dance paws, etc.)
Thursday Jazz 4-5 pm:
Black lyrical costume and nude lyrical shoes (foot undeeze, dance paws, etc.)
Saturday Poms/Dance Team 1-3 pm:
Bright colored tank top (any color—try to be different from everyone else), black spankies, black jazz shoes, black mesh
top over tank top, silver poms.
