The Schieffer
Seminar Room
The Schieffer Seminar Room is a tribute to
CBS News anchor and TCU Alum Bob Schieffer. The room has a variety of awards won by
Mr. Schieffer as well as a few of his personal
mementos that he has contributed. A few of
these include press passes from many of the
events that he has attended, many photographs
of him on location or interviewing presidents.
It also includes the only interview by Lee
Harvey Oswald’s mother in regards to her sons’
involvement in the JFK shooting. As we can
see from all of the memorabilia, Bob Schieffer is a world-renowned journalist and a proud
