Competition will most likely be on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It is most helpful for judges
to arrive on Thursday and depart on Monday if at all possible. Our entry deadline is not until
December 1t, so sessions cannot be set and judges cannot be assigned until after that date.

Please Note:
Rental Cars will be needed as the venue is not close enough to the hotels to walk. When you
all send me your flight schedules on the volunteer form, I will be able to put an arrival and
departure schedule together to share to help facilitate ride sharing.
Once we reach our entry deadline, we will establish the competition schedule and then
assign the judges.
