The retreat began at 9:00 am and was facilitated by President Amy Goings.

Board packets were provided to each Trustee, which included the following reports.
120-Day Plan:
President Goings reviewed the draft of her 120-Day Plan.
Board Goals:
The Board goals that were created on September 10, 2012 and modified on October 3, 2012 were
reviewed and discussed. No changes were made to the document.
Institutional/Presidential Goals:
Ms. Goings led a discussion about the Institutional and Presidential Goals that were created on
September 10, 2012 and modified on October 3, 2012. No changes were made to the document.
Strategic Plan:
A draft of the LWIT Strategic Plan was reviewed and discussed.
The retreat concluded at 12:00 pm.
