save money on your prescriptions!
Did you know you may be able to lower the cost of your prescription medication with the BlueCross
BlueShield of Tennessee (BCBST) mail order service? With mail order pharmacy service you can purchase
up to a three-month supply of your medicine at once.
If you are on the Reimbursement (HRA) Plan or Sharing Plan take a look
at the difference between using a retail pharmacy (Walgreen’s, Rite-Aid,
etc.) versus mail order. Please note: if you are on the Savings (HSA) Plan,
you do not have coinsurance or a copay; however, you can still save on
out-of-pocket costs with mail order.

was that?
Did you know that, if you are eligible, Nissan
contributes a CAR into your 401(k) account by the
end of March every year?
No, not that kind of CAR. In this case, CAR refers to the Company Annual
Retirement contribution. It’s an annual contribution made by Nissan to your
Nissan 401(k) Plan account. No action is required by you.
Who is eligible for the CAR?
If you are eligible for the Nissan 401(k) Plan and were actively employed on
December 31, 2015, you received a 2015 CAR contribution on March 11, 2016. And,
although we hope everyone participates in the 401(k) to save for their retirement
and receive matching Company contributions, it’s not required to receive the
CAR contribution.

healthy travel
Whether for work or pleasure, travel often has a way of derailing our health and fitness goals. Lazy
afternoons spent lying on the beach (or cooped up in a conference room) can make it a lot easier to skip
daily gym sessions in favor of heading straight to the buffet or calling room service. Changes in climates
and timezones and spending time in crowded spaces like airplanes can make you vulnerable to illness.

Stay Healthy
If you are traveling by plane, car or boat, follow general good health practices
to reduce your risk of getting sick.
By Car — Watch your back!
• Maintain good posture. Make sure
you’re sitting comfortably and
you’re not stretching to reach the
steering wheel.
• Move your seat. Position the seat at
about a 100-degree angle so you’re
not slouching, and be sure that the
small of your back (the lumbar)
is supported.
• Use cruise control. On long drives,
resting both feet on the floor is easier
on your back and hips.
• Take a break. Be sure to stop regularly
to get out of your car and stretch.
By Boat — Keep your health ship-shape!
• Wash your hands often. Be sure to
keep your hands clean and away from
your face. Wash your hands frequently,
especially if you’ve touched handrails
or other common areas.
• Report illnesses. If you see another
passenger who is sick, vomiting,
or experiencing diarrhea, report it
to ship personnel.
• Take care of yourself. You’re on
vacation, so get plenty of rest and
relaxation. Also remember to drink
plenty of safe and clean water to
prevent dehydration.
By Plane — Fly the healthy skies!
• Protect against dry “airplane air.”
• Switch your seat if possible. If your
