SERAPID is the creator of rigid chain technology and designs
and has been manufacturing telescopic mechanical jacks
meeting the requirements of professionals for over 40
years for the horizontal and vertical movement of heavy
loads.
RigiBelt is a mechanical amagnetic actuator It is composed
of two flexible belts that are embedded into each other
like a zipper to form a rigid push and pull column.
From the medical and pharmaceutical sector, to the
furnishing and construction industry, from logistics to the
aviation industry, RigiBelt is a flexible product that adapts
to all environments.
The RigiBelt belts were designed using reinforced plastic
and are therefore totally amagnetic. They can be stored in
different ways and in a highly compact fashion depending
on the available space. The belt transfer movement is joltfree in a drive case.
The standard RigiBelt actuator can be adapted to your
specific application needs. Don’t hesitate to get in touch

Interfaces
SERAPID designed 2 types of links attachment between
your application and the extremity of the belts. They allow
an attachment on the top or on the side.
These standards interfaces are also non-magnetic and
very resistant.

your applications and your needs (upon request only).

Drive housing
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE RIGIBELT DRIVE:
The RigiBelt drive is compact, handly and very simple to
integrate.
Capacity : Up to 1 000 N (see graph below)
The RigiBelt Drive - is also entirely non-magnetic.
Using materials such as aluminum, POM and stainless
material, the RigiBelt system can be integrated in many
environments (ex: medical, food, white rooms...).
Speed : 20 à 300 mm/s

The magazine is entirely non-magnetic. The belt can
either be wound on either side of the housing or out
rectilinearly.
