Truck and Tractor Day

10 am-4 pm
Join us for a fun day filled with lots of large equipment sure to delight the wheel-oriented kids in your
family. Explore antique tractors, modern farm vehicles, and the Winterthur fire trucks. Enjoy a hayride,
arts and crafts, and more! Included with general admission. Members free.
Discover 30 antique and modern tractors and other pieces of estate equipment. Hop onto one of the original
Winterthur farm trucks and see how a modern crane works.
Learn about the Winterthur Fire Department! Meet our firefighters and put out a “fire” with our pumper truck.
Come aboard the fire truck and try out gear and equipment.
Take a hayride through the estate! Enjoy the beautiful autumn weather and changing leaves. Climb aboard
small and large tractors and find out how they work.
Try your hand at milking Winterthur’s mechanical cow! Or get creative with farm- and tractor-related crafts in
the Brown Horticulture Learning Center. Look for helmets, badges, and coloring book giveaways.
Enjoy a barbecue and ice cream!
