As President of Magellan Executive Partners, Brent loves to help companies unlock the secrets of organizational and leadership growth. An accomplished executive coach, strategist, and advisor with 30
years of experience in helping businesses solve problems, his leadership and vision have consistently
driven improved growth and performance.
Brent began his career as an electrical design engineer and worked on a variety of technologies in
the computer equipment, medical, industrial and government sectors. Later he moved into significant
leadership roles, serving as COO for two technology companies and as Vice President of Operations for
a global construction products company prior to joining Magellan.
Guided by his experience in leading organizations and augmented by the formal training he received
as an electrical engineer, Brent brings a unique perspective to his work with companies and leaders
across the United States. He focuses not just on developing the right strategy, but also on converting
that strategy into the activities that lead to growth.

Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
He lives in Edmond, Oklahoma with his wife and two sons.
