A Non-aggressive, self-defense martial art form developed in ancient China.
It uses gentle flowing movements to Stretch and tone muscles, promote
greater coordination and balance, calm mind and rejuvenate the body.
Located on the North-East corner of 6th Street and Lafayette inside the
park gates. Gates will be open for access to our patrons and participating
students as well.
