General Catering Information
Thank you for considering the Terry Bison Ranch Resort as the possible host and site for your upcoming event. We
will make every effort possible to please you and your guests in every way possible. We have found, that by having
certain guidelines and procedures in place, we will be better able to ensure you that your event will go smoothly,
without any problems, and that you will get everything you would expect from your caterer and more. On the next
page you will find a list of different catering options, pricing information, and services that we offer here at the
Ranch. Our sales department will happily show you all of the different building options that will fit not only your
group size, but you budget as well. We will sit down with you 1 on 1 to help you design everything from the foods
you want to the feelings you hope to capture. We know how important it is for your event to not only go smooth,
but to impress everyone in regards to our professionalism, promptness, and quality of service. We will strive to
make sure that you are satisfied with the quality, of our not only our products and services, but the attention paid
to your every need, by our caring staff members, as well as the professionalism of our sales team to make your
event one to remember.
Menu Selections
We will show you many different catering options from the casual picnic style burgers and dogs to our higher
caliber meal of carved prime rib of beef or bison steaks cooked to order. We can even incorporate your meal with
a tour to the Bison herd or maybe serve you on our TRX (Terry Rail Express) Old Fashioned Dinner Car where you
would be able to enjoy your party while “surfing the rails” as we say here at the Ranch. There is no group to small
or too big for us to accommodate. Just because you don’t see a particular meal on our sheets doesn’t mean we
can’t make it. We have only put in print our most popular menu items but can work out almost any meal you can
dream up. Let us know if there is a menu you would like to have and together we will design it to you satisfaction
and put a price on it that is fair to us both. This all being said, we can only prepare 1 meal selection for your group
but can accommodate for food allergies or dietary needs as well as offer a vegetarian option if requested.
Just let us know 7 days in advanced so we have time to obtain the products.
Food and Beverage
All food and drinks with the exception of the Wedding cake and Grooms cake must be prepared and provided by
TBR unless you have agreed to all the terms and conditions of the self-catered facilities statement. Menus for your
function that are catered by TBR must be confirmed at least 2 weeks prior to your event. We will prepare food for
your guaranteed guest count plus around 20% additional in case your numbers go up unexpectedly. Due to our
food safety policy and the fact that we over-prepare 20% above your head count, NO food is available to be
packaged to go or taken off the premises. Further, TBR, as a Ranch licensee of the liquor commission is responsible
for all sales and service of any and all alcoholic beverages in accordance with Wyoming state law. Any outside
alcohol brought on to the premises will be immediately confiscated and disposed of with NO EXCEPTIONS.
Under no circumstances may any group be allowed to bring in any alcoholic beverages. Alcohol cannot be served
to anyone under the age of 21.
Deposits and Payment
We require a non-refundable deposit of $350.00 along with the signed documentation to secure your event date.
The $350.00 deposit will be applied towards the final billing which is due upon arrival (or before) the contracted
event. In order to properly prepare function, it is important to get your final head count 48 hours in advanced. If
we don’t get these numbers from you we will assume that the number on the contract is correct and we will
prepare and bill accordingly. All quotes are good for 30 days without a signed contract and deposit. We accept
Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, and Discover Card only. Credit Card payments will be assessed a 4.25% processing
fee. *Added to the subtotal of every billing will be an 18% service charge and a 6% tax rate
*A service charge of 18% APR is charged to all accounts that are past due by 30 days.

Self-Catered Facilities Statement
Thank you for choosing the Terry Bison Ranch Resort as the host site for your up and coming function. We look
forward to serving you and your group. The following is an outline to help all parties involved to better understand
the guidelines, allowances, and restrictions of a self-catered event.
The building charges only include the rental of the actual building, tables, chairs, bathrooms, utilities, and the
atmosphere of the West. This unfortunately does not include the use of electrical cords, kitchen utensils, and any
part of the actual kitchen, dish room, prep space, wait-stations, or any other part of the Ranch that is not on your
contract, including ice and water. Your group is responsible for all necessary items that you will need for your
function. This includes refrigeration, coolers, warmers, serving utensils, glassware, silverware, plates, chaffing
pans, dish towels, and any other incidental items you would need to use for an event. The only items that TBR can
supply would be the tools needed for the cleanup of the building such as garbage liners, brooms, and towels for
wipe down of all surfaces. We truly would love to be more helpful but in the past it has had disastrous effects.
Please do not ask to use the kitchen. It is off undeniably OFF limits due to the health department’s rules and
regulations regarding cross contamination and of course our insurance provider doesn’t allow the use of it in any
way due to liability. Both of the entrance doors to the kitchen are required to stay locked at all times. Trying to
change the terms of this facilities statement after signing or asking to use the off limit items or areas will give TBR
the discretion and grounds to terminate the event in question on the spot; and it is also an automatic cancellation
of any and all contracts. Your deposit will remain non-refundable.
Next to be addressed is the TBR liquor license. TBR is a licensee of the Wyoming Liquor Commission which means
ALL alcohol, including but not limited to beer, wine, champagne, spirits, and cordials must be purchased, provided
by, and served by trained TBR personnel only. Under no circumstance is this policy flexible or negotiable. If at any
time: before, during, or after your event outside alcohol is brought onto our premises, it will be confiscated and
disposed of.
There is a $250 setup/teardown and cleanup fee that will be added to your final billing. Terry Bison Ranch will set
up all tables, chair and banquet lines in accordance to the way that is designed and discussed. Setup of the building
will only take place the day of the event unless it is determined prior that it can be done sooner.
Due to the fact that you are catering your own event, TBR shall not be held liable for any food related illness.
Due to the fact that you are agreeing to take advantage of our self-catered program there will be no service staff.

Look at this as your personal wedding & reception helper. We know
how stressful planning a wedding or reception can be. We will help you
with everything that a wedding planner would do as far as your time
at the Ranch. We help in the planning of your meals, music, garter
toss, brides dance, grooms dance, PA system with cordless microphone
for speeches, coordinating with your cake person and any other people
in regards to delivery’s and setups.

Decorating for all contracted events can take place the day of your
event during Restaurant hours of operation. Rooms can be reserved
the night before if available Gathering hall front half is only available
after 2pm the day of the event. Prior day decorating may be available
during operational hours for an additional $39.00 per hour. (Day prior
decorating may not be available and cannot be scheduled. TBR will let
you know 7 days prior to your event)

Due to the liquor license that all establishments are required to carry in
the state of Wyoming absolutely no outside alcohol can be brought in
for any reasons. TBR will provide your group with a highly trained
professional bartender to serve you during your event. You can either
host the bar or have a cash bar available until 2am. Any alcohol
brought in from anywhere other than TBR will be confiscated and
disposed of. There are no exceptions.
Additional items available:
Linen cloth and napkins $2.00++ per person
Table cloths are available in white or beige and napkins are available
in many different colors. Let us know what color you need and we will
check availability. The price includes the skirting around all special use
tables such as cake, gift, head, sign in, and buffet tables.
Terry Bison Ranch Information
The TBR decoration package includes complete decoration for your
event and includes available center pieces, linen cloths and
napkins, skirting for tables, complete setup and tear down.

Provisions
Dates cannot be guaranteed without deposits being received and all
contracts having the correct signatures due within 3 days of
representative’s signature. Under our cancellation policy the deposit
is Non-Refundable. In case of severe weather or other acts of God,
TBR reserves the right to move parties into other appropriate
buildings. Guaranteed head counts must be received 48 hours prior
your event. Deposits are $350 for all events with an additional All
self-catered events must have the Self Catered Statement signed
prior said event. An 18% service fee along with a 6% tax rate applies
to subtotal of all billings. Guest must provide 7 days advanced notice
on any changes to a signed contract or any special order item.
