"core business", organizing congresses and meetings world-wide.
The name change to NeT Congress and Education, reflects the company on-going expertise in the
field and also the company final evolution within the ARG
This evolution results today in a larger and articulated group which is able to guarantee a more
synergic action for any services required in the congress and tourist sector.
The long standing conference experience and knowledge of the territory – both in Italy and Abroad
- has been integrated into a modern and dynamic reality, in step with the latest technology and
trends.
From planning and defining marketing strategies and promotional activities down to the fulfilment
of logistic and organization activities and administrative management: NeT Congress and
Education supports Italian and international associations with creativity and promptness.
NeT Congress and Education proposes itself as an innovative and assertive partner, who uses

 BACKGROUND
NET CONGRESS AND EDUCATION started its activity in 1979 and has a great experience with
complete congress administration, organization and management for a number of scientific
national and international congresses
The company channelled its activities towards the organisation and management of all kinds of
national and international events connected with association’s conferences, corporate
communication and training, incentives and promotion, operating at both national and
international level.
Today, NeT Congress and Education is a well-structured reality capable of offering solutions in
line with the increasingly more complex demands of the market.
Since July 2007, NeT Congress and Education has been part of Alessandro Rosso Group and
has extended its global presence by opening foreign branches, establishing partnerships and
developing products for public administrations and the European Union.
NeT Congress and Education is a national Ministry of Health accredited CME Provider with
reference number 110 (namely, an authorized agency by the Public able to provide
mandatory Continuing Medical Education for pysicians and other healthcare professionals).
Besides, NeT Congress & Education is able to accredit national & international Congress via
UEMS (European Union for Medical Specialist) for physicians belonging to most European
countries (UEMS credits are equivalent to AMA [American Medical Association])

The staff, as a whole speaks Spanish, French and Chinese.

Reaching the strategic marketing and communication goals by supporting the company define
strategic marketing plans, select the most appropriate communication channels and support
every type of event.
Providing also action of benchmarketing, fundraising, web site creation and management.

Congresses (PCO Professional Congress Organizers)
Delegate the organization and entire management of congresses, conventions, symposia and
meetings from 10 to 10,000 participants and for global Association Management.
NeT Congress and Education supervises and supports all the stages of a conference, closely
collaborating with and supporting the work of organizing committees, from the selection of the
destination, venue and relization of the bid down to the organization of all the details of the
congress.

Webinars and meetings
Web meetings offer both Italian and international customers a highly effective alternative or
complimentary service to conventional meetings. Save time, costs and human resources while
hosting meetings with a larger number of participants. International teams can now get together
without the need for travel, improving efficiency and cross-border teamwork.
Virtual meetings are managed by dedicated platforms and with the assistance of technicians and
professionals specialised in new trends.

Association Management
Associations are very labour intensive, particularly activities such as the organisation of
congresses, training courses and similar initiatives.
NeT Congress and Education manages association web sites and their communications with
members, collects membership fees, maintains and is responsible for accounting books and
prepares balance sheets, runs the membership database and handles correspondence. It also coordinates management boards and is the operating and consulting referral for the Association,
enabling it to reach its specific goals as well as to manage public activities at an institutional
level.

Provider and CME
NeT Congress and Education is accredited as a national provider with Italy Ministry of Health (ID
n° 110) for remote courses and for the organisation of residential training courses throughout
Italy.
It was in the first 40 proveder accreditated under the new italian regulation, getting the standard
accreditation in September 2013. The processes for supplying training were developed internally
and are managed through a quality system that meets the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 standards.
 Pharma
As an approved Provider of the Italian Ministry of Health for CME credits (identification n°. 110),
we support all bodies in the need to organize medical education programmes as well as
pharmaceutical companies for their stand-alone conferences, classroom-based or remote training
courses and events, or participate to international congresses and trade fairs abroad.
 QUALITY CERTIFICATION
The Alessandro Rosso Group (of which NeT Congress and Education is part) has recently been
assigned the quality certification ISO 9001/2008 for working processes.
The result is the consolidated capacity of monitoring constantly the key quality indicators during
all the steps of the working process and, when needed, promptly applying the corrective actions in
order to avoid non conformity in the process.
The personnel is trained to work in staff efficently. The stress on the importance of staff work
allows flexibility in order to grant our clients a continous assistance.

- Every Year: updating on new tools and technologies
-Every Year: update on external technical support (Audio, Video, Managing Software)

NeT Congress and Education is a national Ministry of Health accredited CME Provider with
reference number 110 (namely, an authorized agency by the Public able to provide mandatory

We develop both traditional residential and on-line courses with the validation of the internal
Scientific Board:
