PURPOSE AND INTENT:
To establish fee guidelines for services provided by the Town of Bon Accord.

To recover fees for services provided by the Town of Bon Accord as listed
below:

review has been completed or an inspection has been carried out.
When work has commenced without first obtaining the required permit(s); the permit fees will be doubled up to
a maximum of $500.00 surcharge per permit.
Re-Inspections will be charged a rate of $100.00 per inspection + GST.
Special events are billed on an hourly rate of $100.00 per hour per discipline. The approximate amount of
the time for all inspectors to conduct the inspections and provide inspection reports is 8 hours. Depending
on severity of deficiencies, additional Inspection trips may be required. It is highly recommended that you
contact Inspections Group Inc. to obtain preliminary consultation on code requirements for your special
event.
