This is one of Kwinana’s most recent additions to its assortment of parks. Located in
the new park of Bertram on Millbrook Ave this park has an entertaining playground
for most ages with soft fall. Shade sails are provided for protection and there are 3
park benches situated directly opposite the playground.

Casuarina Hall Reserve is only a short 2 kilometres from Bertram and has many
facilities to offer. The hall is available for hire and can cater for a variety of groups
and events. The courts are available for public use and nets can be hired through the
Progress Association - 0417 195 441. There is a sheltered BBQ area for family
gatherings and plenty of grass for the children to run around on.

Wells Park is situated on the opposite side of the car park to Kwinana Beach. There
is ample grassed space with 4 sheltered picnic tables spread around. A large
playground area is located at one end near the tennis courts. Nets for these courts
can be borrowed from the retail outlet across the road. Wells Park is a great place
for family picnics and get-together.

Djilba Reserve provides many physical activity opportunities. A half court and
basketball ring are central in the park with the playground and picnic area situated at
the back end. Paths join all aspects of the park together and create walkways for
people visiting or passing through. There is also open grass areas between the
paths for engaging in different physical activities or relaxing.

Sloan's Reserve is a great place for a family picnic. 2 new electric BBQ's have been
installed and there are 4 picnic tables located around the reserve. There is a lot of
open space for the children to run around and a playground and equipment to
engage them with. Sloan's Reserve is located next to the historic Sloan's Cottage
and joins onto Wally's Walk Trail which connects up to the Kwinana Loop Trail. A
large car park is provided and a public toilet block is also available.

Kwinana Loop Trail. There are 2 park benches and some equipment to entertain the

Orelia Oval is home of the Kwinana Tigers Hockey Club and the Kwinana Cricket
Club. A full sized oval is available with a cricket pitch and batting cages on the
surrounds. Opposite to the clubrooms is a multipurpose playground with a variety of

oval shaded by trees for a relaxing view of the oval.

Sandringham Park is located on the outskirts of Orelia in Windsor Hills. All sides are
accessible from the road except one. This park is diverse and is suitable for all ages.
There are three playgrounds each with their own unique equipment for entertaining
the children. Open grassed space for recreational use is available and a picnic area
for family get-togethers it set amongst trees. The park backs onto bush land
attracting birds and creating a setting for those wishing to just sit and relax. A new
snake path has been added and contains mosaic artwork by Challenger TAFE
students.

provides access. There are 2 benches located along the path to sit and enjoy the
scenery.
