The George Bush Presidential Library and Museum Education
Department presents:
President Bush 41’s Leadership:
Six Presidential Roles
As the 41st President, George Bush was
responsible for six specific leadership roles
that involve the duties of the modern
presidency. Please join us to explore those
roles- Chief of State, Chief Executive,
Commander in Chief, Chief Diplomat,
Legislative Leader, and Political Party Leader.
How does a president decide what to do?
Join Dr. Charles Hermann, Dean Emeritus, as
he leads an exciting interactive program
providing students the opportunity to explore
the decisions made by President Bush during
his time in office. Students will be able to
provide examples of President Bush 41’s
leadership throughout the program.
