How do I chunk?
#1) Look at the first 2 terms and pull
out the Greatest Common Factor (GCF)
#2) Do the same for the last 2 terms!
#3) Combine the outside terms into
parenthesis and multiply by the other
set of parenthesis.
#4) Simplify further if possible!
