Pace Series
Fall Series Host Hunts:
Deep Run, Bull Run, Keswick,
Casanova, Warrenton & Farmington
Points will be accumulated with results from each pace for series awards in each division
Hunt, Junior & Pleasure Divisions
(Individual hunts may hold other divisions—call each hunt for information)
Series awards: Points will be accumulated from each Pace for each division. The series winners of each division will receive a
trail ride pass for your choice of trail ride at each hunt for the summer of 2015.
Have a great time competing in a relaxed, fun pace over courses that are approximately 5-8 miles. All jumps are optional and can be
ridden around or through a gate. Some hunts will require a MANDATORY rest stop halfway through where water will be offered. The courses
will be marked well enough that you DO NOT need to walk them.
Division teams will be judged on optimum time for their division which will be: hunt (jump), junior (jump, at least one junior under
the age of 16), and pleasure (flat). First place prizes and ribbons through fourth place will be awarded. Other divisions and awards may be
offered by individual hunts and may include youngest rider, most ‘aged’ adult rider, family team closest to the time, etc.
Entry Fees: $50 each adult, $25 each junior under 16 years. Post entries allowed with appropriate paperwork.
Details: Entry forms must be submitted with fees, negative coggins and waivers. You may download waivers from hunt websites or
sign them when you register on the day of the ride. Each hunt will have their own order of go and rules, please call them for details.
Attire: Safety helmets are required. Otherwise, whatever makes you comfortable. Children may be ponied. Food will be available,
but please bring your own water. Unsound horses will not be allowed to participate. Dogs best left at home please.
