Daily: 9:30am to 4:30pm (Friday close: 3:30pm)
– except if advised differently (see schedule).
Before- & After-Care: Available to parents
who’ve requested it. However, as children are
usually tired at the end of a long day of trips
and activities, we encourage you to use this
service only if and when necessary.

Before-Care: 8am-9:30am

After-Care: 4:30pm-6pm (not Friday)

SIGN ENROLMENT ON FIRST DAY
CAPS & T-SHIRT

For safety purposes, every child is required
to wear a KefKidz cap and T-shirt every
day, no exception.

Caps: All children will be given a new cap
on their first day, free of charge.

T-shirts: If your child has participated in the
past, he/she has already received a T-shirt.
Additional T-shirt are available for purchase
at a low fee of $5. All new children will be
given a free T-shirt.

Lost Policy: Caps should be left daily on
their designated chair, and t-shirts are to be
taken home daily. If your child loses or
arrives without a t-shirts or caps, they will
be given a new one and parents will be
automatically charged $5 for a new t-shirt
and $5 for a new cap.

Medication - if required
On the first day of your child’s attendance,
please ensure to sign your Enrolment Form in
office – again, this is a government
requirement.
Please don’t bring any pocket money,
valuables or electronic games/devices.
SIGN-IN/OUT DAILY
YOUNGER & OLDER TRIPS
Please ensure your child is signed-in/out every
day. Your child is legally under our staff’s
supervision only once signed-in.
Our Younger trips are (generally) designed for
kids up to Grade 1 (in 2012) and our Older - for
kids in Grade 2 (2012) and above. We trust that
you have indicated the correct grade in the
enrolment form – as staff ratios and busses etc
are confirmed accordingly.
This is also a government regulation for your
child’s safety and Child Care Benefit purposes.
