The following warning applies to all LiftMaster cabinets.
To avoid SERIOUS INJURY or DEATH from falling cabinet:
• DO NOT step or lean on the drawers.
• DO NOT let children climb on cabinet.
• Set brake to lock casters (if present) unless moving cabinet.
• Lock drawers and door BEFORE moving cabinet.
• ALL cabinets taller than 36" MUST be tethered to a sturdy wall.

Avoid excessive moisture and exposure to water for long periods of time
Hot tools can leave scorch marks
Remove debris with broom or vacuum prior to cleaning with cloth
Dust and clean with a soft cloth
Use all purpose cleaner or warm soapy water
Never use detergents or steel wool

Bamboo Workbench Surface
• Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and change the arrangement of tools
and supplies periodically to ensure an even change in color
• Clean spills immediately to avoid deep staining
• Occasionally apply mineral oil to the bamboo work surface
Heavy Duty Shelving
Do not attach a shelf bracket to the top or bottom slots of the vertical
brackets.
Bottom Slot
Cabinets
If the tether has been loosened or is removed, be sure to re-install the tether properly. Feed the
tether through a slot in the back of the cabinet and the mounting plate. Secure the tether on the
inside of the cabinet with the buckle. The tether should NOT span more than 3 slots. Make sure
the cabinet is flush against the wall before re-tightening the buckle on the tether.

LIFTMASTER® TEN YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
The Chamberlain Group, Inc. (“Manufacturer”) warrants to the first retail purchaser of this product, for the
residence or facility in which this product is originally installed, that it is free from defects in materials and/
or workmanship for a period of ten years from the date of purchase.
The proper use of this product is dependent on your compliance with the instructions in the Installation
and Owner’s Manual such as, but not limited to, installation, utilization, loading and care. Failure to comply
strictly with those instructions will void this limited warranty in its entirety.
If, during the limited warranty period, this product appears to contain a defect covered by this limited
warranty, call your garage expert. Please have all pertinent documentation including pictures of affected
product. Please include a brief description of the problem and a dated proof-of-purchase receipt with any
product returned for warranty repair. Products returned to the garage expert for warranty repair, which
upon receipt by The Chamberlain Group are confirmed to be defective and covered by this limited warranty,
will be repaired or replaced (at The Chamberlain Group’s sole option) at no cost to you and returned
pre- paid. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced with new or factory-rebuilt parts at The Chamberlain
Group’s sole option. Replaced defective parts will become the sole property of The Chamberlain Group.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED

DURATION TO THE APPLICABLE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE FOR THE RELATED
COMPONENT(S), AND NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES WILL EXIST OR APPLY AFTER SUCH PERIOD. THERE
ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. Some States
do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply
to you. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NON-DEFECT DAMAGE, DAMAGE CAUSED BY
IMPROPER INSTALLATION, UTILIZATION OR CARE (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ABUSE, MISUSE,
FAILURE TO PROVIDE REASONABLE AND NECESSARY CARE, UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS OR ANY
ALTERATIONS TO THIS PRODUCT), LABOR CHARGES FOR REINSTALLING A REPAIRED OR REPLACED
UNIT.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY PROBLEMS WITH, OR RELATING TO, THE
RESIDENTIAL DWELLING, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO STUD FRAMING, CEILING TRUSSES.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ALSO DOES NOT COVER ANY PROBLEMS CAUSED BY INTERFERENCE.
UNDER NO
CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL
DAMAGES ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS PRODUCT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER’S LIABILITY FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT,
NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY EXCEED THE COST OF THE PRODUCT COVERED HEREBY. NO
PERSON IS AUTHORIZED TO ASSUME FOR US ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE
OF THIS PRODUCT.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential, incidental or special damages, so the
above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights,
and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
