NOTICE INVITING TENDERS
For
132 kV D/C & M/C Transmission line from KLC 220/132 kV Sub-Station to
Sonakhali 132/33 kV GIS Sub-Station(approx. Route Length – 57 Km.) and
associated work with OPGW.

132 kV Transmission line (D/C & M/C) by LILO from 132 kV AdisaptagramBelmuri 132kV D/C Line at Singur 220/132 kV Sub-stn. (approx. Route Length
–3.5 Km. D/C & 12 KM M/C) including laying UG cable from composite tower to
line bay gantry at Singur (approx. Route Length – 0.5 Km).

[Domestic Competitive Bidding]
West Bengal State Electricity Transmission Company Limited herein referred to as WBSETCL
invites sealed bids through Domestic Competitive Bidding (DCB) from eligible bidders against
NIT No. CE (Procurement) /WBSETCL / Line / Package-U1&U2 / 2013-14 / 26 Dated:
24.02.2014.for designing and engineering of 132 KV D/C & M/C towers including Special River
X-ing towers with ACSR panther conductor and tower foundations & Pile foundations, supply of
tower materials, conductor, Underground Cable, earth-wire (OPGW), hardware materials and
accessories, erection, stringing, testing and successful commissioning of 132 KV D/C & M/C
Transmission line as detailed below:
(i) PACKAGE U1: 132 kV D/C & M/C Transmission line from KLC 220/132 kV
Sub-Station to Sonakhali 132/33 kV GIS Sub-Station(approx. Route Length – 57
Km.) and associated work with OPGW. and their associated works as defined in the bid
document on ‘Turn-key Basis’.
AND
(ii) PACKAGE U2: :- 132 kV Transmission line (D/C & M/C) by LILO from 132 kV
Adisaptagram-Belmuri 132kV D/C Line at Singur 220/132 kV Sub-stn. (approx. Route Length
–3.5 Km. D/C & 12 KM M/C) including laying UG cable from composite tower to line bay
gantry at Singur (approx. Route Length – 0.5 Km) and their associated works as defined in the
bid document on ‘Turn-key Basis’.
Bid documents shall be on sale from 24.02.2014 to 07.03.2014 & bids shall be received up to
2-00 PM on 02.04.2014 and shall be opened on 02.04.2014 at 3-00 PM.
Interested bidders shall obtain detailed NIT and bidding documents for individual/both the
packages
from A.C.E. & Nodal Officer, Procurement, 10 th.Floor, B Block,Vidyut

payment of prescribed cost of bidding documents separately for each Package. Detailed NIT’s
