Decimals All Around
You need to find 10 decimal numbers. You may cut things out of
newspapers, magazines, and food labels. You may take pictures of
places where you see decimals. You also have to include what the
decimal means. For example, you find 4.2 on a soup label. I would
write, “There are 4.2 grams of sodium in my chicken noodle soup.” You
must create a visual display of your decimal numbers. You can make a
poster, a mini-book, a DVD, or any other visual display you can think of.
The project it due next Wednesday, November 24th.
