In her own words:
“I love to be able to work outside with nature and the farm animals. There is nothing like fresh eggs, a lick
from a farm animal and the peacefulness and serenity of the environment.”

Hope is a certified USDA organic farmer, and runs a Bed & Breakfast on her vegetable and flower farm. She
grew up around farms as a child and when she was first married, she lived on a 35 acre farm in Hopkinton and
raised 90% of her own food. In addition to using farm produce at the B&B, veggies and flowers (and soon
eggs!) are available for sale at the farm stand. As a farmer, an innkeeper and an educator, Hope loves to share
her knowledge and experience of farming with kids. She encourages all students to learn how to embrace nature
and be good caretakers of the earth.
