The undersigned Exhibitor and Parent/Legal Guardian desire for the Exhibitor to exhibit and show
livestock at the Manatee County Fair, and to house and locate said livestock on fair property during the Manatee
County Fair.
In consideration for permission from the Manatee River Fair Association, Incorporated, the undersigned
Exhibitor and Parent/Legal Guardian do hereby release the Manatee River Fair Association, Incorporated from
any and all loss, damage, liability, injury, death or property damage, including any injury or death to any unborn
child or fetus the Exhibitor may be carrying, resulting from or in connection with the housing, storage, showing
and exhibition of said livestock at the Manatee County Fair. This Release is binding on and enforceable against
any heirs, executors, assignees and subrogates.
The undersigned acknowledges that the exhibition and care of livestock involves inherent risk of injury
and the undersigned, on behalf of themselves and the Exhibitor do hereby assume all risk of injury, death or
property damage.

2017 Security Entrance Pass Order Form
Turn in one order form per family with the first child to check an animal or plant in
Each exhibitor showing an animal or plant at the 2017 Manatee County Fair is required to purchase a Security
Entrance Pass. The Security Entrance Pass cost is $15.00 per exhibitor and is to be paid with the PreRegistration Packet. Make checks payable to Manatee River Fair Association. There will be no refunds on
passes. Passes will be available for pick-up Jan. 7th-8th 9am-4pm; Jan. 9th, 10th & 11th-8am-5pm in the
Livestock Office. Please list each of your children that are showing an animal or plant in this top section. You
may also order and pay for Commemorative Exhibitor T-shirts at this time. Please make sure you put a size by
each Exhibitor name that you are ordering for (A-adult S-M-L-XL-2X-3X or C-child XS-S-M-L-XL). T-shirts
are $5.00 each (exhibitors only).

Each family with a child/children showing an animal/animals at the 2017 Manatee County Fair may purchase
four (4) Security Entrance Passes (for immediate family members only-children 5 and under do not need a pass)
in addition to the exhibitors passes for $15.00 each. Payment for the family passes is due with the child’s preregistration paperwork. There will be no refunds on passes.
