critical.Anynumberofquestionsshouldbeaddressed,rangingfromthecenter’slegalstructure,to
internalandexternalconstituencies,financing,partnerrulesofengagementandsupportingstructure
andpolicies.Someofthesewillbedefinedbyuniversityadministrationandotherstakeholderswhile
othersneedtobecollaborativelyengagedandcultivatedbythefoundersoftheinnovationcenter.
Whilethereisnosingleanswer,understandingtheissuesandtrade-offspresentedbythesechoices
