Nitrogen Generator
Draft beer is gaining popularity from the small pub, to the restaurant
bar, right on up to the micro-brewery establishment. Quality draft
beers rely on a precision dispensing system for the gas to “push” the
product from the keg to the bar tap without increasing the percentage
of CO2 within the product itself. The precise mixture of CO2 and Nitrogen (N2) is critical to ensure the quality of product is presented to the
customer.
Many establishments have existing McDantim CO2/N2 TrumixTM Blenders installed. The BeerBlast® N2-GEN Plus cost effectively generates Nitrogen to satisfy the N2 needs for existing blenders, thus eliminating the
need for bottled Nitrogen.

The BeerBlast® N2-GEN Plus comes in four compact system sizes matched to the
various draft beer usage requirements:
BeerBlast® N2-GEN-200 Plus Designed for the medium sized bars and restaurants,
capable of dispensing from 1 to 200 kegs per month. The system generates high
quality, beverage grade Nitrogen to feed existing blenders and can handle up to 4
kegs* (1/2 barrels) per hour or the equivalent of 10 pints per minute.
BeerBlast® N2-GEN-400 Plus System capable of dispensing from 200 to 400 kegs per
month. The system generates high quality, beverage grade Nitrogen to feed existing blenders and can handle up to 8 kegs* (1/2 barrels) per hour or the equivalent
of 20 pints per minute.
BeerBlast® N2-GEN-600 Plus System capable of dispensing from 400 to 600 kegs per
month. The system generates high quality, beverage grade Nitrogen to feed existing blenders and can handle up to 12 kegs* (1/2 barrels) per hour or the equivalent
of 30 pints per minute.
BeerBlast® N2-GEN-800 Designed for the most demanding of operations, capable of
dispensing from 600 to 800 kegs per month. The system generates high quality,
beverage grade Nitrogen to feed existing blenders and can handle up to 16 kegs*
(1/2 barrels) per hour or the equivalent of 40 pints per minute.
* At keg pressures of 22 PSI. Higher keg pressures will slightly reduce output..
How the BeerBlast® N2-GEN Plus System Works
The BeerBlast® N2-GEN Plus System with its integral Nitrogen
(N2) gas generator is coupled to your existing CO2/N2 beer
gas blender. The BeerBlast® N2-GEN Plus produces the sufficient quantity of N2 simply generated from the air.
