Lunch Order Form
The AACS Lower School Lunch program is a fundraiser with all profits directly benefiting the
students. Therefore, we do not give refunds for the days students have ordered lunch and, for any given
reason, are not able to attend school. Participation is optional. Thank you for understanding and
participating in this fundraiser!
Here’s how to order…
1. Fill out the attached form. A separate form must be filled out for each child.
2. Please make sure that you clearly print your child’s first and last name, grade, homeroom and
teacher’s name.
3. Check class field trip days to ensure that you have not ordered for that day. Teachers will make
every effort to notify the students in advance of upcoming field trips.
4. Check and re-check the totals.
5. Make your check payable to AACS. DO NOT SEND CASH.
6. To be honored, orders must be returned to school on or before the stated due date. This date is
established so that the orders can be processed in time to meet vendors’ deadlines.
7. Lunches cannot be purchased at school on a day-to-day basis.
These orders are due back to the office by October 17th.

Tuesday – Chick-fil-A
• Chicken Nuggets or Chicken Sandwich (no pickles) [$3.75]
If option is unclear or not noted, nuggets will be ordered.
• Box Lunch – [$5.50]
Includes 2 breaded strips (served with waffle chips and applesauce)
Wednesday – Squisito [$4.50] - choices include:
• Ham and Cheese -[$4.50] 4” sub (served with carrot sticks and celery sticks)
• Turkey and Cheese - [$4.50] 4” sub (served with carrot sticks and celery sticks)
• Salad (garden salad w/ chicken) [$4.50] (Ranch or Italian dressing)
• Salad (w/o chicken) - [$3.50] (Ranch or Italian dressing)
Thursday – Baja Fresh [$5.00] – choices include:
• Chicken Taquitos (2) – (served with rice and applesauce)
• Cheese Quesadilla – (served with rice and applesauce)
• Taco (1) flour tortilla with chicken, lettuce, tomato and cheese – (served with rice
and applesauce)
Friday –
Squisito - choices include:
• Spaghetti and Meatball - [$5.00]
• Buttered Noodles - [$5.00]
• Macaroni and Cheese - [$5.00]
• Salad (garden salad w/ chicken) [$4.50] (Ranch or Italian dressing)
