things to keep in mind.
Information You Provide. To sign up for Shoutcube, you may provide
us with information such as an email address and nickname.
Information You Share. Information you choose to share on
Shoutcube when you post or interact with posts is public. This
includes your nicknames, comments, videos, photos and any other
material. Anyone online or offline, including people off of Shoutcube,
may be able to see this information. When you join a cube room,
your online status appearance as a participant of the cube room may
also be visible to other guests.
Information That Identifies You. Your nickname does NOT need to
be your real name, unless you choose to share your real identity on
Shoutcube. The services are completely anonymous and no private
data of yours will be shared with other guests. The Site and the App
are individually and collectively referred to herein as the “Services”.
Account. You may choose to create an account by completing and
submitting an online registration form. You will be asked to provide
us with certain mandatory information such as your nickname and
email address, and also a password that you will use for your
account. You may choose to provide optional information such as
your location, age and gender. We may send an email to your
nominated email address to instruct you how to confirm your
registration.
Deleting Your Information. Once you confirm your account, you may
delete content you have posted at any time. If you haven’t confirmed
your account, you may remove content you have shared in a cube
room if you are logged in and only while you are still logged in. You
may also delete your account through your Settings.
All log files are being deleted from the server every 48hours and no
data are being kept.
Accessing your information. You can access, change and correct
most of your information stored on Shoutcube in your Settings.
Contact Us Information. If you send us a “Contact Us” request,
whether by submitting an online form that we make available or by
sending an email to an email address that we display, you may be
required to provide us with certain information, such as your
nickname and email address.
Share with Friends Service. The Site and/or Software may enable
you to invite your friends to use our Services by sending them an
invitation email or message. You may do so by using the Site and/or
Software to send an invitation email to your friend’s external email
address (for example, a Gmail address). If you send or post an
invitation message, we may collect Personal Information about the
recipient such as their email address.
Log Files. We may make use of log files. The information inside the
log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, type of browser,
Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit
pages, clicked pages and any other information your browser may
send to us. We may use such information to analyze trends,
administer the Services, track guests’ movement around the
Services, and gather demographic information.
Use of Anonymous Information. We may use Anonymous
Information or disclose it to third party service providers in order to
improve our Services and enhance your experience with the Services.
We may also disclose Anonymous Information (with or without
compensation) to third parties, including potential partners.
“Anonymous Information” means information which does not enable
identification of an individual guest, such as aggregated information
about the use of our Services.
Merger, Sale or Bankruptcy. In the event that we are acquired by or
merged with a third party entity, or in the event of bankruptcy or a

Information in connection with the foregoing events.
Security. The security of Personal Information is important to us. We

appropriate administrative, physical and technical safeguards, to
protect any, if at all, Personal Information submitted to us. However,

Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security or

Services are NOT allowed for anyone under 13. And that’s why we do

by posting a new version. You should check this page occasionally to
