On November 13, 2014, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) approved
Atlantic Coast Pipeline, LLC and Dominion Transmission, Inc. (DTI)’s request to utilize the pre-filing
process for the Atlantic Coast Pipeline and Supply Header Projects (Projects).
As required under 18 CFR 157.21(f)(6), DTI, on behalf of Atlantic Coast Pipeline, LLC, and
itself, hereby submits the June 2015 monthly status report for the Projects.

The following monthly status report summarizes the activities for the Atlantic Coast Pipeline (ACP)
and the Supply Header Project (SHP) for the month of June 2015.
I. Surveys
A. Engineering / Right-of-Ways / Facility Sites
Atlantic Coast Pipeline

Pipeline Corridor
o Routing surveys have been completed for approximately 76 miles in WV, 205
miles in VA, and 191 miles in NC (a combined total of approximately 472 miles
or 84% of the route).
o Civil surveys have been completed for approximately 74 miles in WV, 204 miles
in VA, and 191 miles in NC (a combined total of approximately 469 miles or
83% of the route).
Compressor Stations
o ACP Compressor Station No. 1 – Sound study completed. Wetlands field work
completed.
o ACP Compressor Station No. 2 – Sound study completed. Purchase option
agreement executed. Wetlands field work completed.
o ACP Compressor Station No. 3 – Sound study completed. Purchase option
agreement executed. Wetlands field work completed.
Supply Header Project

Pipeline Corridor
o Routing and civil surveys were completed for approximately 30 miles in WV
(approximately 92% of the route in WV) previously.
o Routing and civil surveys were completed for approximately 4 miles in PA
(100% of the route in PA) previously.

o Sound study reports have been completed for Mockingbird Hill, Crayne, and JB
Tonkin Compressor Stations.

B. Environmental
Atlantic Coast Pipeline

Pipeline Corridor
o Wetland and waterbody surveys have been completed for approximately 69
miles in WV, 199 miles in VA, and 188 miles in NC (a combined total of
approximately 456 miles or 81% of the route).
o Cultural resources surveys have been completed for approximately 68 miles in
WV, 196 miles in VA, and 186 miles in NC (a combined total of approximately
450 miles or 80% of the route).
o Field surveys for several species are ongoing (cow knob salamander and statelisted salamanders in VA, state-listed plants in VA and NC, and bats in VA and
NC).
Compressor Stations
o Wetland/waterbody and cultural resources surveys have been completed at the
proposed locations for Compressor Stations 1, 2, and 3.
Supply Header Project

Pipeline Corridor
o Wetland and waterbody surveys have been completed for approximately 4
miles in PA (100% of the route) and approximately 28 miles in WV
(approximately 86% of the route).
o Cultural resources surveys have been completed for approximately 4 miles in
PA (100% of the route) and approximately 29 miles in WV (approximately 90%
of the route).
o Field surveys for bats are ongoing in PA and WV.
Compressor Stations
o Wetland/waterbody and cultural resources surveys have been completed on
land adjacent to the existing J.B. Tonkin, Crayne, and Mockingbird Hill
Compressor Stations.

Meeting with the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (WV DEP) on
June 4, 2015 regarding the air permit process for Compressor Station 1.
Meeting with staff of the U.S. Forest Service - George Washington National Forest
(USFS-GWNF) and the U.S. Forest Service - Monongahela National Forest (USFS-MNF)
on June 5, 2015 to discuss purpose and need, alterative analysis, and survey
activities.
Meeting with the Chesapeake Wetland Mitigation Bank Independent Review Team
(comprised of the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (VA DEQ), the
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the Virginia
Department of Historic Resources, and the Virginia Department of Forestry) on
June 17, 2015 regarding the pipeline potentially crossing mitigation bank property.
Phone call and WebEx with the National Park Service on June 18, 2015 to discuss
land ownership and conservation easements in the vicinity of the Blue Ridge Parkway
and the Appalachian Trail.
Meeting with the VA DEQ on June 24, 2015 to discuss stormwater permitting.
Meeting with USFS-GWNF and USFS-MNF staff on June 30, 2015 to discuss survey
activities, off highway vehicles, additional alterative analysis, and fire suppression
plans.
