We wanted to better understand the impact
our services have when underprivileged
students gain access to quality school supplies.
The following results reaffirm our mission and
highlight the great need we serve in challenged
communities across the country.
* As of January 2017, the Kids In Need Foundation
National Network of Resource Centers has 40 affiliates.
“Most of my kids cannot afford
school supplies. Coming to Kids In
Need helps me provide them with
essential items so they don’t have
to worry about it.”

“One of my boys always needs a pencil. He has
nothing at home. A pencil may sound like a
simple thing, but it is something he knows he
doesn’t have that the other kids do. Because of
you, he now has pencils as well as all the other
supplies his family can’t afford. Thank you.”

“My students frequently come to
school without pencils & other
supplies. It’s embarrassing for
them to ask. Having access allows
them to be like everyone else”
