♥ 1 Water Station; set up outside using a crisp white linen, 4’ table, water bottles chilling in plenty of ice.
♥ White Folding Chairs with pads, all wood, placed under the Pecan Tree.
♥ Unity Candle Table decorated with white sheer fabric and two silk flower rosettes.
♥ Ceremony is enhanced with draped white sheer fabric, we use four panels
♥ A fresh flower swag with greenery and colored ribbon placed in the center of the platform (on top).
♥ Fresh Rose Petals will adorn the bridal path up to the lamp posts (outside only).
♥ 6-Kissing Balls on White Wood stands (white silks with greenery).
♥ 6-Aisle Chair Bouquets with 3 fresh roses, complimentary flower, greenery and your color ribbon.

Formal Buffet Area

Wedding Guidance
♥ Includes Pre Wedding Planning and Coordination, contacting your vendors, all the guidance for Rehearsal.

Limousine, where a chilled bottle of Champagne awaits you.

Up to 1 Dozen Roses, one color, complimentary Flower, Greenery

Ceremony Site Flowers
1 Fresh Flower Swag with roses and complimentary flowers sits on top of the ceremony site platform in
between the two front pillars. It is usually 24” to 36” in width. We adorn the swag with white sheer fabric.
6 chair bouquets (aisle chairs at beginning of the row) with 3 roses, complimentary flower, greenery and your
color choice of satin ribbon. (please view the picture in our Empress Book or our website)
Fresh Rose Petals will be placed on either side of the chairs, center aisle, up to the lamp posts.
Guest Table Centerpieces
We use the silver trumpet vases (20” tall) with 2 dozen roses with complimentary flower, greenery and
leather leaf. (please view the picture in the Empress book or on our website)
Buffet Centerpiece
A gorgeous fresh flower arrangement can be placed in the Buffet area or you may select to place the flowers
in your vase (36” tall) ice sculpture. And the fresh flowers can be cut and arranged at the bottom of the heart
or swan ice sculpture. Both are 36” tall as well. WE do have to place all ice sculptures in the center of the
Buffet Table (serpentines)
Aisle Runner will be placed by the Event Planner right before the Bride and Escort walk out.
All bridal flowers will be ready 1 hour before your ceremony on your wedding day. Please check with Gail if a
different time frame will be used. Your bridal flower selections may vary season to season, also the
prices/selections are subject to change. All flowers are ordered 4 weeks before your event. Upgrades and
additions need to be finalized before that time. Flower availability changes month to month, we will do our
best to insure you have the flowers you desire, or close to what you ordered. We are not responsible for orders
that were not shipped due to circumstances beyond our control. Marbles, Crystal Diamonds, Mirrors, Votives, etc
are provided by A Perfect Wedding. Please contact me to discuss your ideas and special color theme.

The Empress—Photography
at Che’ne Rouge
2 Photographers Included:
In the Empress, I and Kim will be at Che’ne Rouge for the duration of
your reserved time capturing all your precious memories. You will receive a
archival quality DVD with 200-300 edited professional quality photographs at
full resolution showcasing every aspect of your wedding including; getting
ready, ceremony, reception and formal portraits are included as well. To
insure the longevity of your photos I will also provide you with a back up
DVD and also archive a copy in our files insuring that nothing will ever
happen to your cherished moments. With select Black & White and some
color splash pictures. This package does not include special effect editing or
digital enhancement, such as blemish removal or removal of persons or
objects from the background.
Photography tips and pointers





Try to be completely ready when you arrive at the venue, with hair and make up
already done. This way you’ll look your best for all stages of the process.
Try to keep all the bags you bring with you in one designated area out of sight. Nothing
slows down the picture taking process like having to stop and remove bags from the
background before shooting.
The Groom and groomsmen love a good party, make sure their dressed and ready on
arrival, and we’ll get the pictures done faster so they can get to having their fun.
After the ceremony the wedding party should immediately head toward the bridal
suite, this will give the guest time to leave the ceremony area so formal photos can be
taken without interruption. Pictures after the ceremony take 40-45 minutes.
It’s best to wait and meet your guests till after all the photos are done. So you may be
assured that all your photos are taken and nothing is left out.
