I buried my 194th three months ago,” says Father G, as he is affectionately called on the streets. As a nonprofit organization, Homeboy employs and trains hundreds of formerly gang-involved and previously incarcerated men and women every year in seven social enterprises; it is the largest gang intervention, rehab, and reentry program in the world.
